Amanda, honey..

i just wanted to tell you how great you are. diedre is so beautiful, and you did really hard work to birth her. you are a strong woman! it takes time to feel like yourself again. there's pretty stong hormones involved.. but those are the same hormones that produce milk and create that strong bond with your baby. you did good!

ps. i am thrilled that she has a good latch ;)
