he would put on the hat and we would ask him a series of questions to which he would nod "yes": Are you Daddy? Are you going to cut a tree down? Are you going to work?
kids "riding in a car" together. today, diedre made seatbelts out of the left-over streamers from derek's birthday decorations.
kids eating their snack today after nap/quiet time. thankfully, diedre's been really good about having a daily quiet time (even when Grandma has stopped by for a visit, she says she has to finish her quiet time first) and ezekiel has been napping splendidly :D
