derek won a door prize at the CCCC Christmas Party last December. It was for one night stay at a hotel. We wanted to bring diedre swimming before dropping her off for her first sleep over at Grandma & Grandpa Gagne's. we've all slept over at Grand Gagne's together and she's napped there several times in a single mattress on the floor so she is used to "her room and her bed" there. but we've always been there too. since they will be taking care of her when we go to have the baby, we really want to get her adjusted to sleeping there without us.
she did amazingly well, no crying when she went to sleep. we left her from 6.30pm to 11.30am the next day. it was nice for us to have some time alone, and one last fancy dinner before baby 2 arrives. we missed our little princess though and were happy to spend the day with her for Thanksgiving.
